Cancellation Policy

I respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Alison Grimes Hair.
